Hi, I’m Ms. Rebecca, author and illustrator of children’s books from Canada. I was a former elementary teacher. I studied at the University of Calgary and have an Education Degree (major in Elementary and minor in Fine Arts). I also have a degree in Communication and Culture. I am a self taught digital artist and have done a lot of freelance artwork. Along with these endeavors, I learned to be proficient with video editing, animation, and other skills that help me create Super Starts videos. I achieved a grade six Royal Conservatory of Music in piano during my childhood. I also play the piano and sing for the videos. Having all these skills ultimately makes it possible to pursue creating videos for kids. I am a one-woman show, as I do everything for the videos; planning and preparing materials; creating the worksheets from scratch; recording the piano music and singing; designing graphics; providing books I illustrate and write; editing the videos including simple animations; and managing my youtube page and social medias. I do all this while being a wife to a wonderful husband & full time mom of a toddler. Additionally, I do professional real estate photography and videography.
